Privacy Policy
Datenschutzerklärung in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and German law.
1. The short version
This website is deliberately built to process as little personal data as possible:
No cookies. No tracking. No analytics. No advertising. No profiling. The diagnostic instruments run entirely in your browser — your answers are never transmitted, stored, or evaluated by the operator. The website itself stores no personal data.
Personal data is processed only when you actively contact the operator — by email, via the booking service, or via the inquiry form — and then only to handle your request.
2. Controller

3. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit the website, the hosting provider technically processes connection data (such as IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, and browser information) to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website). The operator does not merge, evaluate, or use this data for any other purpose. Details on processing by the hosting provider are available in Vercel’s privacy documentation.
4. Diagnostic instruments
The diagnostic instruments (self-assessments) on this website run entirely locally in your browser. Your selections and results are not transmitted to any server, are not stored by the operator, and are discarded when you close or restart the instrument. No account, email address, or other personal data is required to use them.
5. Contact by email
If you contact the operator by email, the data you provide (email address, name, and the content of your message) is processed solely to handle your inquiry and any follow-up correspondence. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data is not shared with third parties and is deleted when it is no longer required for the correspondence, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Inquiry form
The inquiry form transmits the information you enter only when you actively submit it, and only after you have given your consent. The data is used exclusively to assess and respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing info@rpdtls.com.
The optional checkbox for receiving occasional updates records your interest only. No marketing emails are sent on this basis; any future newsletter would require a separate, explicit double opt-in consent.
The form uses technical anti-spam measures (a hidden honeypot field and a plausibility check). No cookies are set and no tracking takes place.
7. Booking service (Proton Calendar)
Appointments can be booked via an external booking page operated by Proton AG, Switzerland. If you use it, the data you enter there (such as name, email address, and selected time) is processed by Proton AG in accordance with its own privacy policy. Switzerland is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. The operator receives the booking details solely to prepare and conduct the requested conversation.
8. External links
This website links to external websites (for example Amazon for book purchases, LinkedIn, and the Proton booking page). This privacy policy does not apply to those websites; when you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Links on this website are plain hyperlinks — no social media plugins, embedded trackers, or third-party scripts are loaded by this website.
9. No cookies, no analytics, no automated decision-making
This website sets no cookies, uses no web analytics or measurement services, loads no third-party fonts or scripts from external servers, builds no user profiles, and performs no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Your rights
Regarding personal data concerning you, you have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, contact info@rpdtls.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular with the authority competent for the operator: Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
11. Applicable law and updates
This website is operated from Germany; German data protection law and the GDPR apply. This privacy policy is reviewed and updated when the website’s functionality changes.
